Co-Owner/Title Examiner
David is the Co-Owner, Title Examiner and Abstractor for Heritage Title & Abstract. He has been examining title since 2006. David has a love for real estate and genealogy, which attracted him to title examination. David is also actively involved in economic development for the City of Fairfield and serves on numerous boards, including the Dew ISD Board of Trustees and the Fairfield EMS.
Escrow Officer/ Co-Owner/Manager
Michelle is the Escrow Officer, Co-Owner and Manager for Heritage Title & Abstract.
Michelle began her career at the title company in 2005 having previously worked for First National Bank in Fairfield. Michelle strives to work with customers, realtors and lenders in each transaction to make the closing process as smooth as possible.
Title Plant Assistant
Suzanne is the Title Plant Assistant for Heritage Title & Abstract. She has over 30 years’ experience working in the title plant. Suzanne helps petroleum land men navigate the title records and also provides assistance to the title examiner.
